About the event

In this 1.5-hour session, we’ll explore:

  • What a “difficult financial climate” actually means in practice: inflation, client slowdowns, rising costs.

  • Cash flow > revenue: Understanding where your money really goes.

  • What to cut, what not to cut.

  • Renegotiating with SVS, the tax office, vendors, office landlords, or service providers, especially in a climate where everyone is feeling the squeeze.

  • Marketing ≠ spending money. Showing up strategically.

  • Shifting from “nice-to-have” to “must-solve” offers.

  • Listening to what your clients now consider urgent or essential.
