General Event Policy

1. Tickets and cancellations

Tickets are valid only for the selected event date. Participant cancellations made at least 14 days before the event are refundable. Later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable, but tickets may be transferred to another person.

2. Event changes

The programme, speakers, time or venue may be reasonably changed if necessary. If the organiser cancels the event, the ticket price will be refunded. Travel, accommodation and other personal expenses are not covered.

3. Photo and video notice

Photos and videos may be taken during the event and used for SEA communication. Please inform us if you do not wish to appear in them.
