The idea is simple: slow down, enjoy an evening at a traditional Viennese Heurige, meet familiar and new faces, exchange ideas, and have some fun together!
We will get together for local wine, snacks, and relaxed conversations in a beautiful vineyard atmosphere.
What to expect
This is not a formal networking event. It is a relaxed community meetup for self-employed people, freelancers, small business owners, and anyone building their own thing in Austria.
It is a chance to:
Meet other self-employed people in Vienna
Exchange experiences and business ideas
Make new connections
Enjoy a relaxed afternoon away from work
Have good conversations over food and drinks
We will also include a few light and fun business games to help everyone get to know each other beyond the usual “What do you do?” introduction. 🥳

The exact venue and meeting details will be shared with registered participants via email.
In case of a bad weather we have a plan B in the 1st district of Vienna! If we don't have lack we will notify everyone about the change of location 1-2 days before.

Registration & Tickets
Registration is required so we can reserve enough space for everyone. Places are limited, so please save yours early. 🍇
Members of Diaspora Business Hub and Self-Employed in Austria, as well as people affiliated with either organisation, can attend this event free of charge.
If you are eligible but have not yet received your free ticket, please contact us at hi@self-employed.at.
For all other guests, the ticket fee serves as a commitment fee. Unfortunately, organisers often experience people registering for free events and then not attending without any notification. As we need to reserve enough tables and manage the number of guests, this small charge helps us plan accurately and avoid unused reservations.
